Setup Business Group (one or multiple)

Hi,we have different legal entities US, GB, ES, IN, etc... with different operating units, the question is if we should setup just only one Business Group or several. I have always worked with only one Business Group so it is more flexible to setup MOAC Access, but I would like to know the practical implications of working just with one BG.
