Custom Buttons - Release 21

Hi all,

We created custom buttons to help speed things along for our users.  The buttons worked in prior releases, but unfortunatly something has changed in R21.

We are able to copy fields over, but, it seems that there is a problem with dynamic layout in first page upload.
The dynamic layout doesn't respond to type in first page upload, meaning - the type is correct but the layout doesn't change...Which makes you wonder if it is possible to send this parameter to the account page and have the dynamic layout respond to it.
