impdp with error ORA-39126 and LPX-00007

please help me about the following error:

my environment:

source:

os: hp unix

db: 10.1.0.4

target:

os : AIX

db: 11.2.0.3

when i use impdp, get the following error, metalink do not have the similar errors,
