Overtime Hours Cost in Work Orders

Hi,

I have the escenario where some work orders are performed during the night and with overtime, the resource is the same but the rate is an overtime rate.

1. Is it possible for this type of work select other rate?

2. For overtime rate is it possible to use another absorption labor account?
