Patch pre-requisites determination : List specified in the Readme file does not match with the Pre-

 There are some discrepancies I noticed between the readme file extracted from patch zip file and from the list I see under 'Prerequisite Patches' (which is under 'Patch Search Results' when querying patch 7368406 in metalink patch area).
For example patch 7391377 is not mentioned anywhere from the actual readme file from the patch zip file, but showing up in the patch query page.
Please clarify whether 7391377 should be added to the list of patches mentioned inside the readme file or can be disregarded. The rest of the patches are covered in the readme.
Also please clarify whether the pre-requisite list is a combination of both readme list and the list showing up on the patch query screen or only of the list should be considered when reviewing patches for patch application.
