an unusual error

Lately I have come across an unidentified oracle error, which appeared in my alert log in a server with immense importance to our overall work. Needless to say solving this problem is a mission of the utmost urgency, and a quick and immediate reply would be most appreciated.

The error message presented is somewhat similar to the following:
