What Item Cost will be used while transacting the Move Order?

 Dear Experts,
We are using the Average Costing method for Inventory. Now as we create the Move Order but not transict it. While creating Move Order if the Item Average cost was 10 and after creating the MOve order if we delivered the Goods and the cost becomes 12, so while transacting the move order which cost will be calculated?

From where we can see the move order Transaction details, which form is used for it?
