The Pick applet remain on Siebel application and didn’t disappear when selecting item in windows 7

Dears,

We are facing a problem when selecting an item from a pick applet in windows 7 using siebel 7.8.2.14, the Pick applet  remain on Siebel application and didn’t disappear .
We noticed that the application attempts to create files under the folder: %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent
However, for non-administrator users this path is read only .

Is there any way to change the path where Siebel writes the recent window location ?
