Combined reports. Can't tie everything together

I sincerely hope somebody can help because I'm lost on this one final step to make my report work. First, the background.
At the case level, we track TRAVEL. At the Repair Order level, we track LABOR. So, If I have a Case with 4 Repair orders, I'll have a single TRAVEL entry and 4 LABOR entries.

When I try to build the report, I can't tie this all together. I want to show all closed cases for a given month. The only columns I require are:
Case #
TRAVEL hours
Repair Order #
LABOR hours
Technician
Date Closed

I can build a list that has case level information and TRAVEL hours, and I can build one that has repair order information and LABOR hours, but I can't make them play nice together. The problem appears to be because I cannot find a way to display the CASE ID (or CASE number) when I'm building the Repair Order list. If I could find a way to do that, I'd be set.
