Login Page of R12 is not opening

Hi,

I have migrated EBS R12.0.4 from windows to RHEL 5.4 and its DB migrated and upgraded from 10g Rel2 to 11g Rel2. Now I followed the note 438086.1 for apps migration. My login page is not displaying, only forst redirect link page is showing.
