Does anyone know what R33815 does?

The UBE 'Create Work Order Routings' (R33815) is run automatically when Capacity Requirements Planning (R3382) is run. I'm guessing that R33815 does something in the background that's required for R3382 to run successfully, but does anyone know what it actually does? I can't seem to find any documentation on it.
