PR Approval Issue

Hi,

We currently change PR approval from Approval Hierarchy to Cost Based Hierarchy.

100% PR facing following error; but when Retry from workflow then working fine;

Update Approval List Response

 Activity Type    Function

Error Name        -6512

Error Message    ORA-06512: at line

Error Stack          Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PO_APPROVAL_LIST_WF1S.UPDATE_APP_LIST_RESP_SUCCESS, REQAPPRV, 3250537-457140, 245904, RUN)

Any help how to make PR process themselves instead of pushing from workflow.
