Notification is not going to Planner

Dear Experts,

We are creating the Move Order and in that Item which is used is assigned a Planner, after pressing the button of Approve the status becomes Pending Approval. But the planner is not getting the notification. Is there any workflow which we have to enable? As we are using the move orders first time. Kinldy help me out.
