Termination of the Employees is not being done

 Hi i am trying to terminate an Employee for using the HUMAN RESOURCE responsibility i called spefic employee to whome i want to terminante and and then i click the other button and from there i gave the termination reson and start date and so on ... and then i have click on the Terminate Button ..!!!
