When we try to add a role in Resources tab - It throws error saying ' You do not have update privile

Hi all,

When we try to add a role in Resources tab - It throws error saying ' You do not have update privileges to this workplan version'.

Please help us know if any one knows the root cause of the above error or whether it depends on the workplan structure status or is it related to edit task issue.
