Siebel Time Zone Issue

Greetings,

 

We have an issue related to Siebel time.

 

our local time (in Jordan) is GMT+3 but when we create a Service Request on Siebel application, the time of the SR displayed is GMT +2 (Less than our local time by 1 hour)

 

We have checked the time zone on Siebel Server(windows) and database server(AIX) and it was compatible (+3 GMT time).

 

For example of our issue :

if our local time in Jordan is 11:00 AM, the created SR on Siebel would be 10:00 AM
