Enable Service Summary in Sales

Hi all.

We want to establish the link between Sales Online and the Customer Service module. In Sales Online at the customer profile there can be a section displayed called "Service Summary (12 months)". I expect to see there the open service requests that are created in the Service module. Unfortunately the displayed counter is always "0". Can anybody say how to enable this region?
