How to Clear Records in 'ERROR' status in Post Mass Retirements. Output shows no failures.

hi

we are using EIB and have records placed in mass retirements through interface.

There are several records in ERROR queue, but when we run post mass retirements this completes with success, Number of failures: 0
Through Find Mass Retirements there are still records with Status - Error

What report can I run to get details of the error on those records, in order to clear down.

Further to this, is there any way to change status from error to post on all errored recods so I can see error data?
