Hi ,     Is there a way for us to read the emkey.ora from repository or in credential store or from DB itself?

I run emctl config emkey -copy_to_credstore and emctl config emkey -copy_to_repos in repository and try using decrypt in mgmt_credential2 and i get the below error

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_CRYPTO", line 62
ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_CRYPTO", line 229
ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.DECRYPT", line 5

another thing i found out is my mgmt_target_credentials is empty. do we need to populate it manually?
