purchase order amount attribute needed for calculating LCM charges

Dear all, 

we need the attribute purchase order amount for LCM calculations can any suggest me how to setup this attribute. I tried to create the attribute , but during attribute linking , mapping I dont know the custom code to be attached in user value string . can I raise service request for this please help me out on this issue
