How to add privileges to a XSCF account if you don't have an account with useradm privilege

Hi all
I have taken over an M5000 where at the XSCF is only one account with 'fieldeng' privileges.
To configure the XSCF I need 'platadm' privileges.
How can I add 'platadm' (and 'useradm' of course) privilege to the only account if the account has no useradm privelege?
