iProcurement Change - nothing happens when I click 'Yes' to withdrawal warning

I have an issue in iProcurement where I am unable to process a Change Requisition.  I have an approved Requisition and wish to change the quantity.  I select the the Requisition and click on the Change button.  The standard Warning message appears:

If you continue, the requisition will be removed from the approval or order creation process so that you can make changes. Once you complete the checkout for the requisition, it is resubmitted for approval.

Would you like to continue?

I click on 'Yes' and nothing happens.

Anyone got any ideas?
