Investment Tax Credit Flag

In 11.5.10.2, as the Fixed Assets Manager, I navigate to Assets -> Asset Workbench.  I then query for an asset and click on the Financial Inquiry button.  This brings me to the FAXASSET form.  On the form there is a check box next to "Investment Tax Credit." 

My FA manager has asked me for a report of all assets with that flag checked.

I've attempted the Help -> Record History with no luck (Record History is not available here.)

I've gone thru Help -> Diagnostics -> Examine and forced the flag.  I've then gone and queried a number of FA tables with columns like 'ITC%' with no luck.
