Agile 9.3 and Citrix

We're trying to make Agile 9.3 work with Citrix. This will allow remote users in and increase the value of Agile (blah blah blah).
This works with WCM.  It  mostly works with Java client except when the user tries to attach a file.  Then when they click 'add' the hourglass displays forever until the user hits 'refresh'.

Any tips, hints, or etc, for making Agile 9.3, Citrix, and Java client to work together?
