Error "SBL-ODU-01012" - The server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later

Hi,

  Our staging environment has been upgraded to R-21 last week. I am facing this issue where about 80% of the records faill to update through the web service interface ( existing Interface in Production) with the following error code "SBL-ODU-01012" - The server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

   Have opened an SR with Oracle - want to know if others in the community have faced this issue and have found a resolution to the same.
