Are there currently any "escalation" type options for "Contact Us" SRs?

What are my options with:
SR 3-6453344221 : need to download old Solaris 1o

I guess support does not see the same information that I see in the MOS.

Are there currently any "escalation" type options for "Contact Us" SRs?
