CI - RSSPunchout - Shopping Cart is returning back to Logic server instead of JAS server

Hello All,
Has anyone ever seen this issue?  When using RSSPunchout everything is configured correctly but when the shopping cart is returning back from the Vendor into E1, it is calling into the Logic Server machine instead of the JAS server.  Since there is no setup that I am aware of between the JAS and BSSV servers, how does the system know how to get back to the JAS server location?  Already verified that the JAS parameter for Disable JDENet Listener is set correctly (unchecked box) and the listening port number is correct.  But when turning on netTrace=true for the BSSV server,
