Can only ssh into xscf from one ip

I cannot ssh into our XSCF on an m5000. I assumed that maybe it was a network firewall rule but it seems it might be a rule in the XSCF itself.

I see there is a setpacketfilters command but on my version 1061 I'm not sure that command exists.

How can you clear this out on older xscf cards?
