Patch 7703513: 11i Causes form PAXPREPR.fmx To be Invalid

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

We are trying to apply the patch (Patch 7703513 - PERIODIC RELEASE FOR 11I.PJ_PF.M 01-JUN-2012) to our test instance, but received an error (this patch was previously applied without this error, however, our patch instance has quite a few changes on it right now from the various areas)

From our DBA:
I received the following error on the web tiers after applying your patch:

u7703513.drv



The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

pa      forms/US        PAXPREPR.fmx

It ran fine on the admin tier.
