3500000 11.5.10.2 - patch applied as part of database upgrade 10g to 11g errors in the FNDLOAD loads

Pam Says:We are running an upgrade for our 11.5.10.2 ERP instance prd105.
 One of the requirements is to install patch 7721754 which has a pre-req of 5055050 which has a pre-req of 3500000.
When running the 3500000 patch I got two errors in the FNDLOAD loads.
I skipped those to finish applying the patch and re-ran just the two in error.
However, they are still getting errors and I'm not really finding anything helpful.
The two scripts being loaded are:
perzzdscflx00567.ldt and perzzdscflx00751.ldt.

I will upload the log files associated with the errors. Is there any fixes for these errors?
Would it be OK to apply 5055050 while this issue is being investigated?
