Using and excel spreadsheet as data source in BIP 10.1.4.3.2

Hi guys
I have and excel spreadsheet that automatically captures data from an oracle database.

This spreadsheet calculates all values and place them into a final report.

Is there a way to show this info in BIP and then schedule it?
