Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,Can you, please, point a good document to follow to upgrade for PS3 to PS5?

My environment contains WebLogic server 10.3.4, OFM 11.1.1.4 including WebCenter (created based on a template for custom portal 11.1.1) and UM .
