Pricing based on Serial Number

 Hi Gurus,
We have a requirement of creating price list based on Serial number.

We are in to fleet business , thousands of vehicles are bought and are sold after 2-3 yrs. Priclist needs to be created for each unit / serial number and this priciest needs to be approved.Also , In sales order form we cannot select the serial number after giving the Item code? how can we make the system to calculate price by Serial number ?

Is there any functionality available to acheive this? Can anyone share any solution document
