Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Upgrade from 8i to 10g fails with error ORA-27102 --- Out of Memory

During upgrade form Oracle 8.1.7.4 to 10.2.0.3 (32 bit) fails with error OR-27102 Out of Memory. Screen shot is attached for reference.
