Sale Order was stuck in 'RUN INTERFACE',any datafix can process it to INV & AR interface ?

Hello Every Talent

we had a Sale order (Order number  :100035535) was stuck.our user haved done the ship confirm.and when we find the details in 'Tramsactions' Form ,it showed 'Shipped' and next step is 'RUN interface',   but no matter how we run concurrent ' Interface Trip Stop - SRS ' it was still stuck and cannot be processed .

and we try lots of methonds but all failed ,now we have not to care why it happen ,

we just want to process it manually .we saw the on-hand qty was always reserved in stage subinventory

 

Is there any methond to process this SO to INV &AR interface. it there any existed datafix or API ?
