Bug in managing preferred credentials? (OEM12.2 on RHEL5 64bit)

 Oracle moderator... can you see if this reproduces and qualifies as a bug?  (OEM 12.2)
In changing "default credentials" I cannot select from previously saved credentials.

I set up default "normal" preferred DB credentials for all DBs.  Later in going into streams administration for a particular DB I get a message that my logon is not streams administrator and so functions are limited.  OK... all makes sense.

I went to manage preferred credentials for the DB and set "normal" DB credentials to strmadmin, and gave these credentials a name.  I then selected another DB with streams and went to set "normal" preferred credentials to the ones I had just saved... but... (here's the bug)
