Why doesn't Install Base Error Correction and Synchronization program have a Reverse_IB_INV_Synch fo

I noticed that there is no Reverse_IB_INV_Synch for serialized items. I created a new Inventory and Install Base Data Discrepancy report that lists all items with or without errors and added a Reverse_IB_INV_Synch_srl to identify items in IB that don't exist in inventory(current_status=4). This report identifies the errors. Unlike the current Inventory and Install Base Data Discrepancy report which only looks at on hand in INV and compares to IB.  With a reverse synch for serialized items, it would make the IB match the INV.
