Invoice not available for Quick Credit

Hi everyone,

I'm creating a debit memo (and also credit memo) and check the box for "Quick Credit". In the next field "Credited Invoice" I note that some invoices are not available. Analysing a litlle deep I realized that Standard Invoice with withheld amount are not available to be applied for credit memo with Quick Invoice functionlaity.

Any clue as to why this coul be happening?
