FastFormula return value

 Hello Everyone,

 Can I get an element value (which is defined as a fastformula) without running the payroll.

For example if the housing pay value =  salary * 10%
is there any dynamic way which I can use in order to get the value ??

I am developing a report and I want to get a value even if the payroll has not been run
