AR: Journal Entries report

On 11i this report works fine we use it to validate that all transactions on a date are enteredin the right account before to translate them to GL, Journal Entries report  not works for us.
on R12g tried it but not show any transaction in the report
there are several transactions that were entered and want to review.
have to setup something or run other process before to run that report?
