11681786:R12.AP.B Unavailable and Obsolete. It cannot be Downloaded. Reason Incomplete Fix
11651946:R12.AP.B        obsolete. 13827636:R12.AP.B is the current patch
a. 13603188:R12.FV.B : "GTAS: GDF DATA FOR SUPPLIERS PAGE" no patch available

Can you please suggest an alternative patch if a patch is not available and is part of a pre-req
