I need assistance figuring out how to inactivate accounts that have not ordered in 12 months

Hello All,

I would like to be able to inactivate all accounts that have not done business with my company in over 12 months.  To do this I would lfirst need to be able to run a report that tells me what customers have not ordered in 12 months. I would then need to inactivate those accounts and/or give them a zero dollar credit limit.

My problem is I don't know what canned report in Oracle EBS Receivables will help me determine what customers have not ordered in 12 months.  I've been running many canned reports with the hope of finding one that would help me but unfortunately to no avail.
