Supplier Registration in iSupplier Portal

Hi Guru,

Could you please let me know the steps for the follwoing

1: i create a supplier in Oracle Payables.

2:Now i want to provide an acess to oracle system for the above created supplier --- i mean through oracle iSupplier Portal

Please let me know the steps for point2.
