DB2 - performance issue

Hi All,
lately we have upgraded our customer's system. The client owns Bluestack and was using db2 for XE and now also uses db2 for E910. We did the conversion: non-unicode -> unicode and now we are facing fatal performance issues. System is very slow.

Have you encountered such issue before? We think it is the database. Do you know the ways to verify and to solve it?
