Service ID Pick Applet in Bulk Request Instance is not constrained by Customer Account for Modify Or

Hello Experts,

Service ID Pick Applet launched from Service ID field in Bulk Request Instance List is not constrained by Customer Account associated to the Action Set for Type = "Modify" and Child Type = "Service Id".

For example, user can select Customer Account "3 Com" from the Account Field in Action Set List Applet.

When opening Service ID Pick Applet launched from Service ID field in Bulk Request Instance List, user can see the list of Assets across different customers. User may wrongly select an Asset that is not owned by the Account in Action Set List Applet.

What is the expected behavior in Bulk Request submit if user wrongly select an Asset that is not owned by the Account in Action Set List Applet?

Howdy, Stranger!
