Query regarding Custom Action Codes in Bulk Request

Hello Experts,

Customer has a requirement to create some custom Action Code for Modify scenario. Customer has 8 custom action codes for Suspend (Freeze Disconnection, Soft Disconnection etc) and 8 custom action codes for Resume (Freeze Reconnection, Soft Reconnection etc). The Action Codes has been modified in SIS OM PMT Service and it is working fine for normal Order life cycle.

Customer is looking to add those custom action codes in Bulk Request also. custom Action Codes have been added in LOV “ABO_BR_ACTION_CODE” for bulk request. But when trying to run the bulk request for Modify scenario, process fails with exception that custom action code is not supported.
