ODI Deinstall issue

Hello,
I am new to installing ODI but would appreciate if anyone could help on this.

I have installed a 32 bit Oracle database integrator but now i need a 64bit one and im having difficulties uninstalling the 32bit

I made sure that the antivirus had been turned off and all the hyperion services have been turned off. Restarted the servers also and then i ran the script as follows

\Oracle\product\11.1.1\Oracle_ODI_1\oui\bin>setup.exe -deinstall

Below is the error that im facing. I  have gone through oracle documentation and the process looks simple until an issue like this.
