Project Billing in USD

Hi,

We have created the project without enabling the multicurrency. Started accumulating the cost,

But no invoice has been booked & no budget & agreement is created. Customer want to create the invoice in USD but the project functional currency is in AED.

Is it possible to do the invoice in USD.
