Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello all,

Can you please let us know the pain points you had while implementing iRecruitment product. Like:

Which functionality was more complex during implementation
Which functionality didn't had much documentation
Which functionality, one thought it will work in this way but delivered totally a different concept after implementing
