3485155 115.10.2 Why did patch failed on my external tier (LINUX) running iReceivables ?

Alex says:I came across the issue with paupg103.sql failing while applying Patch 3485155.
The problem is that it only occurs on my LINUX External tier running iReceivables.
I have not encountered on HP-UX RISC tier running my database and all other apps services.

Here is what happened:
Patch 3485155 is one of the patches applied for this work effort - to bring the 11i Environment to the latest 11iBaseline platform.
I will upload you the PDF file with all the patches anyway.

I have 2 nodes - one is HPUX and the 2nd one is for the iReceivable running on LINUX - OEL 5.2.
